Yet, what we offer nourishes body and soul in a way that is so necessary. Awakening our senses, reminding us of who we are, offering comfort, inspiration, and peace. And even courage. Even telling the stories of our ingredients, where they came from, who harvested them, distilled them - is important. Rainforest regions, desert regions, indigenous peoples cultures, ecosystems helped when harvest is culturally appropriate and done with care and attention. So much is being lost. Maybe our stories can save a little bit. Awaken a heart, remind someone of something beautiful.
